I've been dealing with some annoying lines at the bottom of my screen for a while now. At first, they were easy to ignore, but over the past few months, they've grown bigger and now they're covering some UI elements in games, which is really frustrating. I'm not very tech-savvy—I only know how to update my drivers through Nvidia, and BIOS settings completely confound me. After swapping out my DisplayPort cable, I'm feeling a bit lost.
