I recently faced a serious problem when my PC got hacked, all thanks to my younger brother who wanted to download Robux. I've managed to recover most of my accounts, but I'm struggling to regain access to my Ubisoft account. I reached out to Ubisoft support and provided them with receipts for every game I own, but they told me that without access to the compromised account, there's nothing they can do. Now, I decided to create a new account since my games are on Steam and Epic, but I found out that I need the old account to play those games. To make matters worse, I'm being asked for CD keys that I no longer have. Does anyone have any advice on how I can resolve this situation?

You might want to check if you can see the game activation keys in your Steam library. Just Google how to find them, and you should be able to copy-paste them for your new account. There's a chance Ubisoft might block those keys since they were linked to your hacked account, but it's worth a shot. You could also contact Steam and see if they can help you deauthorize those keys, which might lead to the hacked account getting banned. That might work, but then again, it could end up being a dead end too. Good luck!

I couldn't find any way for TC2 and TCM 🙁
