I recently upgraded my desktop PC with a new CPU, motherboard, and RAM. Since getting it back, I've been having issues with connectivity. Every WiFi signal I see only shows one bar, and when I plug in my Ethernet cable, it detects the connection but doesn't actually provide internet access. I've tried various troubleshooting steps but nothing seems to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

First things first, check if the WiFi antennas are properly connected to the motherboard. Sometimes when the motherboard is replaced, people forget to attach those. It's a simple fix and could solve your issue instantly.
If you have an antenna from your original setup, try connecting it. I know you mentioned they’re unsure if it’s compatible with the new motherboard, but it could still improve your WiFi signal. Also, if the new motherboard lacks a port for the antenna, that could be a big issue.
Make sure your Ethernet device is enabled in the network settings. Additionally, you can try running a command in CMD: just type 'ipconfig /renew' to refresh your IP address. It might help with your Ethernet connectivity.
