I'm running Windows 11 Home (24H2 OS build 26100.4351) on my Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 (Model 14AHP9) with an AMD Ryzen 5 8640HS processor. My integrated webcam seems to be functional since it works for Windows Hello face ID setup and logins. However, when I try to use the Camera app, I get an error (80070057) indicating an issue, possibly related to system files or disk space. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the webcam multiple times, and Device Manager states everything is fine. I've also checked Privacy settings, granting camera permissions to apps, but still facing issues. Interestingly, a USB webcam works without problems. I've run SFC and DISM, which found no issues. Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Definitely check your Privacy and Security settings. Sometimes, apps can get blocked from accessing the camera. It might be worth looking into that closely!
Have you tried reinstalling the webcam drivers from the Lenovo website? Sometimes updating BIOS firmware can also help. If that doesn’t work, consider using the 'Reset this PC' option, but be sure to back up your data first!
If you haven’t yet, installing the latest drivers is crucial. Windows might not have the necessary drivers for your integrated camera, which could be why it's not working with apps.
I had a similar issue where only one app could access the camera at a time. Make sure you don’t have multiple apps trying to use it simultaneously. That could be causing the error you're seeing.
Thanks for keeping us updated! It's tough when none of the usual fixes work, isn't it? Keep trying with the suggestions you've received; something will eventually click!
