Hey everyone! I'm running into a frustrating issue with my Windows PC where it reports 'No output device found.' Here are the specifics:
1. My built-in speakers aren't being recognized, so I can't hear anything.
2. I've tried connecting external speakers and headphones, but they're not detected either.
I've attempted several solutions:
1. I completely reinstalled Windows multiple times.
2. I tried editing the registry to fix the problem.
3. I updated the drivers using both built-in options and third-party software.
4. I followed the method to add legacy hardware.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to work, and I don't even see the Realtek driver in Device Manager. Some guidance would be really appreciated!
For reference, here are my system specs:
- Model: Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics
- RAM: 20GB
- OS: Windows 11 Home

Have you tried installing the correct audio driver from Lenovo's support site? If that doesn’t help, it’s possible the CODEC is damaged. You might want to consider using USB or Bluetooth audio devices instead, or audio through an HDMI monitor if that’s an option.
Make sure to check your BIOS settings to see if the audio controller is enabled. Then, try installing the official Realtek or AMD audio driver directly from Lenovo's website through Lenovo Vantage. If it's still missing, you might need to consider that the sound chip could be faulty; in that case, a USB sound card could be a good workaround.
Did you get the driver from the device manufacturer's website? Sometimes the version for Windows 10 might work, but it’s worth checking if there’s an updated version available.

Thanks for the tip!
