I'm having a frustrating issue with my Windows 10 PC. Every time I try to do a system reset, I get an error saying, "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." I've already tried a lot of troubleshooting steps, like uninstalling large programs, checking for corrupt files, and running a virus scan. I'm up to date with the latest version of Windows 10.
I've also run some commands like 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth' and 'chkdsk C: /r /scan', but nothing seems to work. My PC is custom built from 2019, and I'm using a Samsung 970 EVO 500GB SSD with over 200GB free. Unfortunately, I can't reset from the cloud; it forces me to do a local reset, which also fails.
Additionally, I ordered a new 16GB hard drive from Walmart that should arrive tomorrow. If anyone has tips or solutions, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Formatting your drive can seem tricky! You'd typically plug in the flash drive, then boot your computer from it. You might need to change your boot order in the BIOS. Once you're in the Windows setup, you should see options to format the drive during the install process. If you need help with downloading the Windows ISO, let me know!
Have you considered using a Windows installation flash drive? You can create one with a Windows ISO. Just boot from the flash drive, format your drive completely, and then install Windows anew. This could help solve the reset issue you're facing.
