I'm having trouble getting my ASUS TUF A16 FA617NT laptop to connect to the internet, whether through WiFi or Ethernet. Everything was functioning normally yesterday, but after leaving it for about an hour, I noticed that the WiFi option disappeared from the Network & Internet settings. I also attempted to connect through Ethernet, but I received the message "No internet access. Your device can only access other devices on your local network." The Ethernet worked fine on another laptop with the same port and cable.
Here are the steps I've already taken:
1) Scanned for malware using MalwareBytes, and it came up clean.
2) Tried running "ipconfig /flushdns" as administrator but got the error: "Could not flush the DNS Resolver Cache: Function failed during execution."
3) Attempted to start the DNS client via services.msc, but encountered another error: "Windows could not start the DNS Client service on Local Computer. Error 5: Access is denied." Any help would be appreciated!

Be cautious with changes to your system settings; you don’t want to lose any data. Always keep your backups up to date! Also, I recommend checking out some troubleshooting guides for Windows 11 related to connectivity issues — there might be something specific that applies to your case.
You might want to try going into Device Manager, uninstalling both the WiFi and Ethernet adapters, and then selecting "Scan For Hardware Changes" from the Action menu. This should reinstall the drivers for those devices. It's a common fix for connection issues like this. Hopefully, that does the trick!

I just tried that but unfortunately, it didn't work. WiFi still isn't appearing, and Ethernet still shows no internet.
