I've been having a frustrating problem with my computer. Whenever I put it under load, like when I'm gaming, it randomly black screens. After that, it tries to restart but only shows a VGA LED light and won't display anything. I've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already: I've reinstalled Windows, made sure my BIOS and drivers are both up to date, cleaned and reapplied thermal paste on the CPU, rotated the RAM, reseated the GPU, and even replaced the display port cables. Here are my specs for reference: Asus X570 TUF Gaming Plus Wifi, Ryzen 3700X, 32 GB GSkill Trident Z, and Radeon 7600XT. I'm really hoping to find a solution to this issue, especially with how expensive PC parts are getting these days. Any suggestions or insights would be super appreciated!

It sounds like your PSU might be struggling to handle the load. What's the wattage of your power supply? If it’s underpowered or has had power surges, that may cause issues.

I should have mentioned it earlier, but I'm using a Seasonic GX-1000. Luckily, no power surges either.
