I recently purchased a 3.5" hard drive enclosure, but every time I unplug it and plug it back in, I have to change the removal policy just to access my data. If I don't do this, it shows up as unallocated. Is there any fix for this issue?

It sounds like the enclosure itself might be the problem. Have you tried using a different cable or connecting it to another port? If the drive still shows as unallocated after that, it might be worth reformatting it to see if that resolves the issue.
If you’ve already tried switching cables and ports and the issue persists, returning the enclosure could be a good option. Sometimes they just don’t work well with certain drives.
