Is 6000MHz CL30 RAM Better Than 8000MHz CL38 for a New Build?

I'm about to finalize my PC build and I'm stuck on one choice: should I get 6000MHz CL30 RAM or 8000MHz CL38 RAM if the prices are nearly the same? I already have a 3080 Ti and I'm considering pairing it with a 9700X CPU. Some people are saying that 6000MHz is the sweet spot for Ryzen and that spending more on 8000MHz for only slight improvements might not be worth it. If cost isn't a big factor, would I still be better off with the CL30 RAM?

I'd definitely go with the 6000MHz RAM. The 8000MHz usually isn't stable enough for most Ryzen users and you might have to make compromises to get it to work.
