I recently upgraded my PC with an RX 6800 graphics card and a Ryzen 5 5600X processor. Initially, everything booted up fine and seemed stable, but I'm facing several issues now. When the system is under load, I experience screen tearing and glitches. I suspected my power supply, so I replaced my old MSI MAG A650BN with a Be Quiet! Pure Power 12M 750W thinking it would solve the problem. Unfortunately, the flickering and glitches returned, and my PC sometimes restarts randomly. Even when I opened AMD Software, I could see tearing on the screen despite the power consumption showing only around 30W. Stress testing causes the display to turn off and my PC to restart. Interestingly, I can run demanding games without any issues sometimes, so I'm unsure if it's the GPU, a PSU/cable problem, a driver issue (which I've reinstalled multiple times), or something else entirely. Any advice would be really helpful!

You mentioned the power supply, and the upgrade seems good, but you might want to double-check all your connections and cables. Sometimes, it’s as simple as a loose connection. Also, make sure that your GPU drivers are completely updated. It might take a few tries to get everything working smoothly after an upgrade.
It sounds like you're dealing with VRAM artifacts, which usually points to issues with the graphics card's memory. A lot of folks have encountered similar problems with the RX 6800. You might have a faulty card. Just to check, how does the card perform at stock speeds versus any overclocking? Sometimes, a minor adjustment can make a difference. If that doesn't help, I'd recommend reaching out to customer support for a potential RMA.
