I recently built a new prebuilt gaming PC with an i7 14700KF CPU, RX 9070 GPU, 32GB DDR5 RAM, and an MSI B760 motherboard. However, I've been experiencing frequent crashes, especially while gaming. The crashes usually occur within 20 minutes and often result in full system BSODs (Blue Screens of Death). I've encountered various errors like one-bit memory corruption, system service exceptions, and special pool detected memory corruption. To troubleshoot, I've reinstalled Windows, updated and even rolled back my drivers, updated the BIOS, reset the system, disabled XMP, and ran memtest86 without any errors. I can reproduce crashes using Furmark for the GPU stress test along with OCCT for CPU/RAM testing—OCCT crashes within 5 minutes. These issues have even caused malfunctioning in Windows search and random black screens that reboot my PC. I'm not very tech savvy, so I'd appreciate any guidance or tests I could do to diagnose or resolve these issues. Here are some dump files: https://files.catbox.moe/gftmy2.zip

Keep your BIOS updated, especially since that CPU model has known issues. It might not be the RAM causing problems—memory errors can sometimes point to CPU failures too. Make sure to rule out overclocked or undervolted components. It’s a good idea to test your RAM by using one stick at a time and see if either one causes crashes. If both sticks pass tests but crashes still happen, it could indicate the CPU is at fault.
First off, make sure you gather any dump files from your crashes. They can really help in figuring out what's causing the BSODs. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, look for them in C:WindowsMinidump. Zip the folder and upload it to a file sharing site like catbox.moe. Multiple dump files are better, so if you have only one, check the guide on setting up Small Memory Dumps for more info.
Thanks for the tip! I had BSODs with both sticks in any slot, but they passed memtest. I did change some voltage settings in the BIOS and got better stability. Do you think my CPU might be damaged? Any specific BIOS settings you'd recommend looking into?
