Hey everyone, I'm having a pretty frustrating issue with my new PC as I'm getting random Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) that are being caused by the Stop Code: ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY, specifically pointing to nvlddmkm.sys. The crashes can happen during heavy activities like gaming or even just when I'm casually watching YouTube, and they're totally random in terms of timing. Sometimes it's 10 minutes after booting, other times several hours.

Here's a list of my build:
- CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K
- Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus Z890 Hero (with BIOS v1901)
- GPU: ASUS Astral RTX 5090 OC
- RAM: 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 6400 Corsair Dominator Titanium
- PSU: 1200W be quiet! Straight Power 12 Platinum
- Monitors: 2x ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMG (both using DisplayPort)
- OS: Windows 11

So far, I've tried a clean install of my GPU drivers with DDU, given full permissions to the nvlddmkm.sys file, ran Memtest86 (no errors), updated my BIOS, performed stress tests with OCCT (everything seemed fine), and switched XMP settings on/off. But the problem just won't go away! I've attached all my minidump files here, and I would really appreciate any help in figuring out what's causing these crashes. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already! One thing you might want to try is checking your RAM settings. Sometimes, even if Memtest86 doesn’t find errors, the RAM could still be running outside of its stable limits. You could consider testing with just one stick installed at a time to see if the crashes persist. Also, have you checked if your power settings in Windows are set to maximum performance? It can help in some cases. Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll try running my RAM one stick at a time and see if that helps. I appreciate your advice!
