Hey everyone, I'm really struggling with a frustrating issue on my PC. I've been getting random Blue Screens of Death (BSOD), starting with errors like KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED involving FLTMGR.SYS, as well as the infamous ROL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. I tried unplugging the PC for a bit, and it seemed to work for 30 minutes, but then it crashed again. I even tried doing a fresh install of Windows from a USB flash drive, but it crashed partway through the installation process. Unfortunately, I can't provide any dump files to help diagnose the problem since I've already formatted my system. Here's a list of what I've tried: removing one RAM stick and trying with the other one. My PC specs are pretty high-end: I'm running an RTX 4090, Aorus Master Z790, Corsair Dominator RAM at 2x24GB 7200MHz, an i9 14900K CPU, 2x2TB M.2 drives, and a 1050W gold PSU. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Did this issue start after a recent update? If you updated your BIOS for the 13th/14th gen CPUs right away, there were serious issues with early firmware that messed up the CPU voltage, leading to premature failure. If you haven't updated the BIOS, it's really important to do so to avoid damaging your CPU. Check out articles from sources like The Verge or PC Gamer for more info on this.
First off, if you can get back into Windows or boot into Safe Mode, you should check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash dump files. These are crucial for diagnosing BSOD issues. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe. Having multiple dump files is ideal, so if you have only one or none, upload what you have and consider changing settings to create Small Memory Dumps by following [this guide](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html).
Nope, this started after I installed Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
