I really want a fresh installation using the media creation tool on my USB drive, but every time I try, it gets stuck at 0% forever. My USB drive is 16GB and has never been used, and I've tried plugging it into different USB ports with no luck. My internet connection is stable. Additionally, I'm facing issues with a Windows update (KB5060829) that keeps failing with error code 0x800f0922, and Windows Defender is giving me a different error (0x800706d9) when I try to enable it. I honestly started this process on my birthday, and it's been super frustrating!

It sounds like your USB drive might be causing the problem, even if it's new. Sometimes, a faulty USB stick can lead to issues like getting stuck during the installation process. If you have access to another USB drive, it's worth trying that to see if it makes a difference.
