Help! Stuck on Windows 11 Setup Due to Driver Issues

I recently attempted a clean install of Windows 11 on my Dell Inspiron 16. I've been having trouble with drive partitioning and accessing or formatting USB drives for a while, so I thought a clean install might solve my problems. I got all the way to the Windows setup screen, which prompted me to connect to a network. It also asked for drivers, which I wasn't expecting. I downloaded drivers from Dell, Realtek, and Intel, and loaded them onto a USB drive. However, my laptop only recognizes the folders on the drive, not the files, and I've encountered multiple error codes when trying to scan it. I think my laptop might have some persistent driver issues. Right now, I'm stuck on the network screen and can't go forward or back. I even tried connecting via a wired network but I keep getting redirected back to the network screen. Any suggestions? I really feel like I've messed things up this time.

Try opening a command prompt during the setup by pressing Shift + F10. Once you have the command prompt open, enter `start ms-cxh:localonly` to see if that helps you bypass the issue with drivers.

But would creating a local account limit what I can do later on?
