Help! Unable to Boot from USB After BitLocker Recovery

I'm having trouble with my pre-owned laptop that got stuck in a BitLocker recovery screen. I couldn't access Windows because of this. After watching a guide, I used the command prompt to clean the SSD, which removed the BitLocker prompt, but now I can't boot from my USB drive that has the Windows installation tool. I've got two USBs connected, but the system isn't recognizing them when I try to select the boot device. Any advice on what to do next? Also, I've tried disabling Secure Boot but still no luck. Here's a video of what I'm seeing: https://youtu.be/1fCDLF_Fa7s?si=DGF0xBKzZTfA40WW

It sounds like you might need to disable Secure Boot in your BIOS settings, which can sometimes prevent booting from USB devices. Try turning that off first, but avoid enabling full CSM or Legacy mode just yet. Once Windows is installed, you can turn Secure Boot back on if you want to.

I've looked around and found only options to wipe all security variables, but I still can't boot from the USB. I've spammed F12 to select the drive, but nothing's working.
