I'm struggling to perform a clean installation of Windows 11 from a USB drive. I've been encountering consistent errors at around 22% during the installation, with the message "Windows 11 installation has failed" and then it just restarts. I've attempted this multiple times, and I've formatted the installation media to NTFS, selecting the default allocation size, and prepared it on my main PC using the Windows media creation tool. Any insights on how to resolve this?

Another tip is to create a bootable USB with the Windows ISO using Rufus. Make sure to choose either MBR or GPT format—one of those should definitely work! I faced a similar issue, and switching to GPT resolved it for me.
I had the same problem months ago, and it turned out to be the USB stick causing all the trouble. Sometimes even a brand-new USB can be faulty, so it’s worth checking that out!
If you can access Windows or Safe Mode, try checking C:WindowsMinidump for crash logs from your BSODs. These dump files can be really helpful for diagnosing the issue. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing site for analysis!
Have you tried using a different USB drive? Sometimes the media can get corrupted. If that's not an option, consider re-running the media creation tool on that USB. The installer can sometimes be finicky, so a fresh start might help!
