I recently updated my Windows 11, and now my HP 14-dk0008na laptop is completely unresponsive. Before the update, everything was fine, but now it gets stuck on the HP logo and won't let me access the BIOS or boot from USB. I'm really stuck and not sure what steps I can take to fix this issue. Any advice?

It sounds like your laptop might be dealing with a failed BIOS update that came through the Windows update. A couple of things you can try: First, rapidly hit the ESC key right after you turn it on to see if you can get into the BIOS. If that doesn’t work, try this method: Power off the laptop, connect the power cord, hold the Windows key and the B key together, then press and hold the power button for a few seconds. Keep holding the Windows and B keys after releasing the power button. This might trigger the HP BIOS Update screen and start the recovery process. Just follow the prompts from there!
