I've recently repaired my computer by replacing several parts, but now I'm facing another hurdle. When I attempt to install Windows 11, the process freezes at around 20%, gets stuck on the ASRock logo, and then reboots over and over. I've tried creating the Windows installation media multiple times without any success. I can't even test with Linux because I'm confused about how to install it. I'm really running out of ideas here!

Just a heads up, before tweaking your BIOS or disk settings, make sure all your important data is backed up. You don’t want to accidentally lose anything. Also, if you're still struggling with the Linux installation, I can help guide you through that process if you'd like!
First off, could you share your system specs? It would help to know the specific components you're working with. Make sure your BIOS is up to date, and consider disabling XMP or EXPO settings to ensure the RAM is stable during installation. If you can, try using Memtest86 from another USB to check your RAM for issues.
