Help! Windows Installation Failing to Detect Drivers

I'm facing an issue with Windows installation where I keep getting the "no drivers found" error. This seems expected since my SSD was completely empty. I tried using an enclosure to load the necessary drivers onto the SSD because my USB stick wasn't working for some reason. However, I'm still receiving either a "driver installation error" or a message saying, "a media driver your computer needs is missing". I'm using .inf files for the drivers. Just to give you some context, I'm working with a ThinkPad T14 Gen 1. Unfortunately, I can't create installation media since I don't have access to a Windows computer, and my VM restricts USB ports. I managed to fix this using Ventoy, but I still don't understand why that worked.

You might need to ensure that you have the minimum drivers for your network adapter. Check your Device Manager if you can access it. That could help you connect to the internet and download any missing drivers during installation.

I have no idea what I did right but using Ventoy and putting the drivers on it worked somehow.
