Help with BIOS Update on B550M AORUS ELITE – No Image File Detected?

I'm trying to update the BIOS on my B550M AORUS ELITE motherboard from version FE to F20G using the Q-Flash feature, but I keep getting an error saying "no image file detected." I've made sure to format my USB drive to FAT32 and it's plugged into the correct BIOS slot. I even attempted rolling back to an older BIOS version, F14, but that didn't work either. I'm stuck and not sure what to try next.

Have you made sure to extract the BIOS file before trying to update? Sometimes, the file has to be unzipped first so that the Q-Flash recognizes it properly.

Yeah, I extracted it using both 7-Zip and Windows' built-in extractor, but it still didn't help.
