I'm having serious trouble booting up my PC after a factory reset. My setup includes an MSI Gaming Plus Max B450 motherboard, a Ryzen 9 5900X CPU, 32GB of RAM, and a GTX 1660 Super graphics card, with both SATA SSD and HDD storage. I was upgrading from Windows 10 and ended up using installation media on a USB because the upgrade wouldn't work. Now, I can't access the boot manager; it initially required me to enable RAID, which I did, but I wasn't able to select a drive during Windows installation. Now I'm stuck in recovery mode, which also isn't functioning. After a couple of attempts, it just sends me straight to BIOS. Should I wipe my drives through BIOS, or could that help? Am I looking at possibly needing a new motherboard?

To troubleshoot effectively, start by disconnecting all your drives, both M.2 and SATA. Connect only your USB installation drive and enter the BIOS. Disable RAID and switch to standard AHCI, then set the boot type to UEFI if you're using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool. Don't forget to enable fTPM and Secure Boot before saving and exiting. This should help you access the boot menu and see if it works better when attempting to install Windows again.

Got it! So I just need to check the BIOS settings after that?
