Help with Broadcom Driver Installation on Ubuntu Media Server

I recently set up Ubuntu on my media server, but I'm running into issues during the installation process. I followed a tutorial, but I'm not very familiar with using the terminal. Every time I try to install something, I get an error that says, 'Errors were encountered while processing: broadcom-sta-dkms.' It seems like nothing is being installed correctly. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue? Let me know if you need more details!

My setup is solely Ubuntu, and I can't find an option for Secure Boot in my BIOS. I'm running this on a 2012 MacBook, and from what I've read, the T2 chip introduced Secure Boot on newer models, which I don’t have. So it seems like that's not an issue for me.

Just to confirm, are you running Ubuntu exclusively on your PC, or is it dual-booting with Windows? If it's dedicated to Ubuntu, try turning off Secure Boot in your BIOS. This is important because if Secure Boot is on, it prevents unsigned Broadcom drivers from loading. But be cautious—if you have Windows installed too, you shouldn’t do this.
