Help with Frequent Blue Screens on Windows 11

Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue lately where I'm hitting the blue screen of death almost daily. This happens whether I'm working on important projects, editing in Photoshop, or just browsing the web. I'm running Windows 11 Pro with all the latest updates, and my setup is pretty powerful: an i9 14900 HX processor, an NVIDIA RTX 4080 graphics card, and 32GB of RAM. The software I typically use includes Camtasia Studio 8.6, Photoshop CS5, Firefox, Telegram, Discord, Google Chrome, and some Game Pass games. I've gathered a dmp file from my system located at C:WindowsMinidump. You can check it out [here](https://www.mediafire.com/file/62i5a3tpomy66ip/dmp+files.rar/file). Any ideas on what could be causing this?

First off, it sounds like you're dealing with a pretty nasty issue there! A lot of users have reported blue screens after certain Windows updates, so that might be the culprit. You can check out more details on the issue from Microsoft [here](https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/microsoft-warns-of-blue-screen-crashes-caused-by-april-updates/). It could be worth uninstalling the latest update to see if that helps.

So, does that mean if I rollback the update, it might fix my problems?

From what you've described, the bugcheck code you're experiencing is typically linked to the VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. I recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely uninstall your GPU drivers while in Safe Mode. After that, reinstall the latest drivers provided by your laptop's manufacturer—this often helps resolve these blue screens. Here's a [link to DDU](https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) for you!

Make sure you're in Safe Mode when you run DDU! It wipes everything related to the GPU driver.
