Help with Gigabyte X870i AORUS PRO ICE Motherboard Issues

I recently bought a small form factor build from someone on Facebook Marketplace. After letting it sit for a couple of weeks, I decided to rebuild it to fit a larger GPU in the FormD T1 case. The seller seemed trustworthy, so I didn't think too much of it. Once I added the GPU, the system booted up for a short time before going to the BIOS and then losing signal. I'm certain the GPU is fine since I tested it in another build. The problem seems to be with the CPU, RAM, or possibly the motherboard or BIOS settings. I noticed a red light on the motherboard after turning the system off to inspect it further. The video I took shows the CPU light coming on first, followed by the DRAM light. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on? I'm still pretty new to this!

Have you checked if your riser cable is PCIe Gen 4 or 5? It's important that it matches the GPU standard you’re using. If the riser is outdated, it might not work well with your 5080 GPU.

I think it's Gen 4. The GPU is a 5080, so Gen 5 would definitely be better. By the way, I’ve got a 7800x3d CPU, which should have integrated graphics. I even tried plugging the HDMI directly into the motherboard when I took the GPU out for easier case movement.
