I'm having a bit of a nightmare with my new PC build. I can get display output from the integrated graphics, but nothing shows up when I try to use my GPU. My motherboard isn't throwing any error codes except for an "A0" on the LED screen, which I've read isn't an actual problem. Here's what I've tried so far: I've repositioned the GPU several times, reset the BIOS, updated the BIOS, and configured PCIe settings from 5.0 to 4.0. Now, when I power up the PC, the GPU fans briefly spin before stopping completely. The specs for my build are: Gigabyte x870E Aorus Elite motherboard, AMD 9800X3D CPU, Nvidia 5070Ti GPU, Be Quiet Power Zone 2 1000W PSU, and Kingston Fury Black Beast 32GB Dual Channel 6000MHz RAM. After resetting the CMOS, the GPU fans started spinning again, but I'm still not getting any image, and now I'm seeing a "d9" error code.

Make sure your power connections to the GPU are set up correctly. Double-check that you used the right cables and connected them securely. Sometimes it’s an easy fix related to power.
It sounds like your GPU might be having issues. If the integrated graphics work fine, try checking if the GPU works in another setup. Sometimes brand new parts can be faulty right off the bat. If possible, consider swapping it for a different card to see if that resolves the problem.
If you're not getting any display at all from the GPU, and the integrated graphics is working, I’d lean towards a card failure. Have you considered returning the GPU for a replacement? It can happen that new hardware fails immediately.
