Help with Memory Management BSOD on My Laptop

I've been having trouble with my Acer laptop crashing due to a Memory Management Error BSOD. This happens whenever I try to open a web browser or do anything resource-intensive. I ran MemTest86 and it didn't find any issues with my RAM. What's frustrating is that whenever I attempt to run tasks that require a restart, like chkdsk or booting into safe mode, my laptop just boots normally instead. I'm using Windows 10, build 1904. Any advice on how to resolve this?

If you're experiencing OS issues, doing a clean Windows install might be the best way to go. It resets everything to the original state and often resolves strange software problems. Make sure to back up your data first, though!

It sounds like you're dealing with a pretty stubborn issue! First off, we need to check for dump files, as they can really help pinpoint the cause of the BSOD. If you can access Windows normally or through Safe Mode, look for dump files in C:WindowsMinidump. You can zip the folder and upload it to a file sharing site—something like catbox.moe or mediafire works well. If you don’t find any dump files, follow this guide to switch to Small Memory Dumps, which might help capture more useful error logs.
