Hey everyone! I'm using an MSI B650S Pro WiFi motherboard with 32 GB of DDR5 6000 CL30 RAM from Silicon Power and a 9800X3D CPU. I recently ran a test (not the free version) and noticed my CPU temperatures. The average was around 56°C, but it spiked to an alarming 91°C at one point. This is the highest I've ever seen my CPU temperature go! Does anyone have any idea why this spike could be happening? Any insights would be appreciated!

Are we looking at CPU temps or RAM temps? It sounds like your CPU is hitting 90°C, which is pretty high! Also, are you in a hot climate? That could definitely influence temperatures. Some users have reported similar issues, so it might be worth checking if the heat plays a role in that spike. It's not uncommon for warmer climates to contribute to elevated temperatures during testing.
Also, have you thought about trying Memtest86+? It's a free version that might give you different results to compare with.
Yeah, definitely CPU temps! Normally, even during intense gaming, I never see it go above 62°C. For this test, the minimum was 42°C, average 56°C, and then bam! 91°C out of nowhere. I live in a really hot and humid area, so I didn’t realize how much that could impact it. Thanks for the heads-up!
