Help with Random PC Crashes and Freezing Issues

I've been having a lot of trouble with my PC crashing and freezing a few times each week. Here's a rundown of what I've noticed:

- Apps crash frequently, and I get the AMD Bug report tool popping up.
- Sometimes the screen freezes completely, and I can't click on anything, forcing me to shut down using the power button.
- There are occasions where the screen goes dark, the fans stop, and I momentarily lose power, which brings me back to the Windows login screen.
- My PC has crashed during the boot screen and even while updating Windows, requiring a forced shutdown.
- This week, the power button on my case has started acting up too. Now I have to hold it down or press it several times to turn the PC on.

I've tried using DDU to reinstall the drivers, but it hasn't helped. I also noticed my PSU (RM850x) used to click when turning on/off or activating its switch, but since all this crashing started, it's stopped making that sound. I'm really worried about what this could mean, especially since I bought the PSU a year ago for a decent price.

Here are my specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700x
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WIFI6E
- Memory: 32GB (2x16) Corsair DDR5-6000Mhz
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT
- PSU: Corsair RM850x

It sounds like there could be an overclocking issue. If you're doing any overclocking or undervolting, try disabling those settings, especially PBO and EXPO. Also, check the Event Viewer in Windows for critical errors. Look under Windows Logs - System, filter for 'Critical' and 'Error'. You might find some clues there about what's causing the crashes.

I found 15 errors and a critical error yesterday. A notable one was about Secure Boot certificates not being applied, and another mentioned a timeout with the Intel TPM service. Seems like my system isn't shutting down cleanly either.

First thing I’d suggest is to check if your BIOS is stable. Just leave it idle for a while and see if it crashes. If it doesn’t, that's a good sign. Also, try clearing the CMOS to reset any weird settings. You might find it stabilizes things.

I’ve already cleared the CMOS this week and it doesn’t seem to crash in the BIOS.
