I've been experiencing frequent screen tearing and freezing for 1-2 seconds when gaming, along with massive frame time spikes. I recently played Arc Raiders for about an hour, and I've attached the HWiNFO results for my CPU and motherboard to this post. I'm wondering if any issues with my setup could be causing these problems. Here's the link to the images: https://imgur.com/a/x9fx41S

From what I can see in your screenshots, everything seems pretty normal. The temperatures and CPU speed look good, and you’re not hitting any limits. What GPU are you using? If you have a powerful GPU but are running at 1080p with high FPS, you might be experiencing CPU bottlenecking. It’s a good idea to monitor your CPU and GPU usage while playing. If your GPU usage is well below 100%, that's likely where the bottleneck is. Also, ensure that thermal throttling isn’t affecting your GPU’s performance. When I’m gaming, my CPU is around 60-70% and my GPU is around 60-70% usage.
My GPU is brand new; I just set it up 5 days ago. I uninstalled the old drivers with DDU and installed the newest ones. So the issue likely isn't with my GPU, but I suspect my motherboard might be the weak point since the VRM limit is around 90-95W, and my CPU pushes 105W.

I have an RTX 5060.
