I recently upgraded my graphics card from an RTX 3060 Ti to a Sapphire Pure 9070 (non-XT). However, I'm running into issues: when I try to start my computer with the new card installed, it beeps five times and the screen stays black. Here are my system specs: Gigabyte B660m motherboard, Intel i5 12400F processor, G Skill Ripjaws 16 GB DDR3 (2x8), and a 750 W power supply. I've already tried uninstalling all drivers using DDU and resetting the BIOS, but the system works fine when I switch back to my RTX 3060 Ti. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this issue? Is my new card possibly defective?

It sounds like you might need a BIOS update for your motherboard to support the new GPU. Sometimes newer cards require newer firmware to function properly. Give that a shot!

Thanks for the tip! I'll try updating the BIOS.
