Hey everyone, I recently got a brand new computer, but I'm running into problems trying to install Windows. I keep seeing this error message: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click 'OK' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." It's quite frustrating, and I'm not sure how to resolve it. I've linked the product page with the computer's specs. If you need any other information, just let me know!

It sounds like you might be having issues with how you're trying to install Windows. Are you using a flash drive with a clean ISO? That’s usually the best way to go for a fresh install. If you're just using the default installer from the hard drive, it could cause problems like this.

Yeah, that error can happen sometimes with the default install. I recommend trying to create a bootable USB drive with Windows on it. It tends to be more reliable and skips over any flaws in the default installation process.

Exactly! Plus, using a USB stick can help ensure you're using the latest version of Windows too.
