Hey everyone! I just built a new PC featuring an Ultra 5 245KF CPU and a Capellix XT H150i Elite cooler (360mm AIO). After using it for two days, I noticed some alarming temperatures. While running Cinebench R23, the CPU temperature stayed between 100°C and 105°C, and during gaming, it ranged from 68°C to a concerning 95°C. Even while downloading shaders for Black Ops 7, it almost hit 100°C! This seems way off, especially considering I have an AIO cooler. When not under load, the temps are more reasonable, sitting between 45°C and 55°C. Given that the wind chill in my area is currently around 33°C, I'm really worried. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What case are you using, and can you share how your intake and exhaust fan setup looks? Also, are you positive the AIO CPU block is connected properly?
Make sure your AIO's pump and fan speed settings are correct. The pump should ramp up in speed with the CPU temperature—ideally, it needs to be close to 100% when temps hit around 85°C. Also, how are your fan curves set?
I’ve got the pump running at full speed all the time. The fans adjust based on liquid temperature and usually stay above 2000 RPM while gaming.
That's good for the pump, but make sure the fans are set to ramp up quickly as well!
First off, double-check if you removed the protective film from the AIO cooler before installation. It can be easy to miss and can definitely cause those high temps if it’s still on!
Thanks for the tip! I did remove it and put some thermal paste on, so I think that’s all good.
My CPU, which is similar, maxes out around 72°C even with a 240mm AIO, so I believe there's something off with your setup here. It could be improper installation or a cooling issue, as you shouldn’t see those kinds of temps under load.
I suspect something's not right too. It’s strange because it runs fine until I hit those benchmark loads or intense gaming.

I'm using a Corsair 5000D case. It has three fans pulling air in from the front, the radiator with three fans at the top pushing air out, and one exhaust fan at the rear. The AIO pump is definitely working; it shows a consistent RPM of 2800, which is its max.
