I'm really confused about navigating while gaming on Linux Mint. On Windows, I could just hit the Super key to bring up my icons, but now I'm struggling. I was playing Subnautica and wanted to check something on my browser. I mistakenly hit Alt + F4 instead of Super + 4, which closed the game and I lost all my progress. This has happened before, and I need to know if there's a way to make my icons clickable with the Super key like on Windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What Linux distribution and desktop environment are you using? I’m on KDE with Nobara and Ubuntu, and I can use the Super key and click the taskbar icons just fine. Also, you might want to try using Alt + Tab to switch between applications instead!
Cinnamon should work with that! Just double-check your settings for shortcuts. You might find something that will help.
Are you playing on Steam? If so, I suggest using the Steam overlay browser and note-taking tools. The notes can even stay pinned, so you won't have to keep reopening the overlay. It could make things easier for you while gaming!

I'm on Mint, probably using Cinnamon since I think that’s the default.
