I'm currently stuck on the recovery screen of my PC because BitLocker has locked me out, and my mouse isn't working at all. I don't have access to my Microsoft account and I'm trying to reset my computer. Is there a way to do this using just the keyboard?

You don’t actually need a mouse for this. Just use your keyboard to enter your recovery key. If there’s no important data you need, it might be simpler to just reset the PC.
Technically, it's not an antivirus program that locks you out; BitLocker is the one doing it for security reasons. I totally get the frustration; it's pretty much enforced data protection. If you can’t find your recovery key, a new hard drive might be your best bet.
You'll need your BitLocker recovery key to unlock your PC. If you don't have that, your options are limited. You might consider getting a new hard drive, but keep in mind that could mean losing everything on your current drive.
