I'm trying to get into the BIOS settings of my HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF to enable Resizable BAR, but I'm encountering some issues. My specs are an Intel Core i5-8500, AMD RX 6400 (4GB), 16GB of RAM, and I'm running Windows 11 Pro. The AMD software shows that I'm only using 256MB of my GPU's VRAM, and I want to utilize more. However, every time I try to enter the BIOS, I hear a beep but my monitor doesn't display anything. Any tips on how to access the BIOS and enable the settings I need?

To access the BIOS on HP motherboards, you usually need to press the ESC or F10 key while booting up. Once in the BIOS, make sure to disable CSM (Compatibility Support Module), enable 'Above 4G Decoding', and turn on 'Resizable BAR Support'. Don't forget to save your changes before exiting!
I tried spamming the F10 key too, but even though I heard the beep, my display stayed black. Did you check your monitor connections?
