Hey everyone! I'm currently living in a basement apartment, and honestly, my cell service is terrible—almost non-existent! To make a call, I have to be right by the window, and even then, the connection is often shaky and drops out. Using mobile data is a nightmare; if my WiFi is down, I'm totally cut off because there's hardly any signal inside. As soon as I step outside, I have full bars of 5G, so it's clearly my apartment's insulative concrete that's causing the issue. Is there anything I can do to improve the situation? Do they make products like range extenders for cell service that I could try placing by the window? Thanks for any suggestions!

Have you checked if your phone and provider support WiFi calling? That might be the easiest way to get around your signal issues when you're at home.
That's probably a good option, but I actually have WiFi calling turned on, and it still doesn't help much. I can barely get service even standing by the window. Plus, if my WiFi goes out, I'm left with no mobile data access, so it’s not a complete fix.
