I'm using iOS 18.4 and wondering if there are any methods to bypass the 'Ask to Buy' feature. I understand it's there for a reason, but are there any workarounds?

You can try asking your parents to turn it off, but that's kind of the only legit method. If they’re concerned about money, they'll probably decline, but it's worth a shot!

I've heard that if you're not technically required to buy apps due to family sharing, some have found ways around it, but I wouldn't recommend it as it could lead to issues down the line.

Honestly, there's no real way to bypass 'Ask to Buy' unless the family sharing organizer decides to disable it. It's meant to prevent kids from making purchases without permission. That said, if you're under 13, it's typically turned on automatically for safety reasons.

Another option is to sideload apps using a PC, but that might not be the safest route. Just be careful if you go down that path.
