Hey everyone! I recently bought an M3 MacBook Pro when it first launched and got AppleCare+ for it at the Apple Store in Miami. However, I want to cancel the plan because I don't really need it and I'd rather not keep paying for it every year. The issue is that my subscription isn't appearing in the App Store, and when I check my settings, it only tells me to 'finish setup.' But when I try to do that, it just leads me to a page saying I don't have any subscriptions. I've reached out to support, but it's just been an endless cycle with no callbacks. Just to add, I bought the MacBook in the USA but currently live in Brazil.

You should typically cancel AppleCare+ through your subscriptions, but I get that it's frustrating if it's not appearing right. Make sure you're signed into your Apple account correctly in the settings. If you can't see it there, that's definitely a problem!
Don't forget to check your email for the purchase confirmation — that might give you some clues about linking AppleCare+ to your account. It's possible it didn't get set up correctly.
Got it! I'll check my email and see if I find anything there. Thanks a bunch!
I looked this up, and it seems like you might need to finish setting up your Apple account before you can cancel. Have you tried contacting Apple Support directly? They can guide you through canceling the plan or even help with a refund if you're eligible. Here's a step-by-step: Go to Settings on your device, tap your name, then "Subscriptions," and find your AppleCare plan to cancel. If that's not an option, contacting support is your best bet!
Good to know! I really wish I could just finish that setup they keep mentioning. I guess I'll have to try calling support again when I can. Thanks for the advice!
Yeah, it sounds like a bigger issue since it’s not showing up in your account settings. Just let Apple know what's happening; they might need to help you fix that setup.
