I recently had some issues with my PC, and as a result, my IP address changed unexpectedly. This is a bit of a problem because I've set up port forwarding for various servers I host for my friends, and changing all those settings would be a real pain since there are quite a few. Is there a way to change my computer's IP address back to what it was so I don't have to mess with everything? I know how to set my IP manually, but it seems to revert after I restart my PC.

You might want to contact your ISP about this. Just a heads up, a lot of them don’t provide static IPs for residential customers. I personally use DynDNS for dynamic DNS, which makes it easier if your IP changes.
If you’re talking about your internal LAN IP, you can look for something called "address reservation" in your router’s DHCP settings. For your external public IP, changing it might be tough. You could look into DynDNS to have a hostname instead of handing out your IP to friends.
Yeah, my IP was stable for 5 years on this PC, and suddenly it changes. Thanks for the tip! I'm going to reach out to them.
