I recently downloaded the "Neue Helvetica" font for a Photoshop project, and since then, it seems to have changed the fonts on various applications, including the articles I read and even the search bar on websites like eBay. I've tried adjusting the font settings in my browser and in the system settings, but after restarting my computer, the changes haven't stuck for some areas. Does anyone know how I can revert back to the default font?

I tried uninstalling the font like you suggested, but it didn't fix the issue since I'm still using it. I even attempted some registry tweaks based on a guide, but nothing worked. Why does changing a font on Windows 11 feel so complicated? It's just a font!
If you're using Windows 11, you can start by going to Settings, then Personalization, and select Fonts. Look for the "Neue Helvetica" font there and uninstall it. Windows should revert to the default font automatically once it's removed.
