How Can I Check If I’m Gaming at 1080p?

I'm considering getting the game Clair Obscur, and I've added it to my wishlist to catch any sales. The recommended specs mention needing an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X and an AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT. I actually have a Ryzen 7 5700 X3D and an AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT. According to Steam, these specs are tailored for 1080p gameplay at 60 FPS with high settings, which sounds great to me. I'm curious, though, how can I confirm if my system is running at 1080p? And if it turns out I'm not at that resolution, how would that affect the recommended settings? Since my hardware is slightly below the recommendations, but I'm not too fussed about hitting 1080p, will I still be able to run the game smoothly, or should I consider upgrading?

To check if you're on 1080p, just launch any game, head to the settings, and look for resolution options. If you see 1920x1080, then you’re good to go! If you see higher resolutions like 2160x1440 or 3840x2160, then you’re at those settings instead. Alternatively, check your monitor's model, as that can tell you everything you need to know.

I've set my display to 1920x1080, so I guess I'm already running at 1080p. Does that mean Clair Obscur is out of reach for me?
