Hey everyone! I'm teaming up with a friend to build a gaming PC and our budget is around €1200–€1400. I'm not super experienced with PC builds and I want to make sure we put together a solid machine. Here's what I have so far, all from PartPicker:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core Processor (€261.99)
- **CPU Cooler:** ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro A-RGB 360 77 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (€100.49)
- **Motherboard:** MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard (€164.00)
- **Memory:** Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5200 CL40 (€103.99)
- **Storage:** Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 5.0 X2 NVME Solid State Drive (€79.48)
- **Video Card:** Gigabyte GAMING OC GeForce RTX 5050 8 GB (€322.47)
- **Case:** NZXT H7 Flow (2024) ATX Mid Tower Case (€99.90)
- **Power Supply:** MSI MAG A650BN 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (€64.06)

Total comes to €1196.38. I found a 5060 Ti 16GB VENTUS for around €420–€430, which is about €100 more than the 5050. Should I swap it in? Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Don’t forget to share the PartPicker link so we can get a better look at your build! Consider swapping out your cooler for a more budget-friendly air cooler; it would be just fine for the Ryzen CPU. Also, your RAM speed could use a bump—go for something closer to 6000 MT/s and CL30 if you can swing it. And definitely skip the 5050, try to grab a 5060 Ti or a 9060 XT instead depending on whether you want NVIDIA features or not. Good luck!

You should definitely post the PartPicker link! For the RAM, I'd suggest upgrading to a 6000 CL30 if your budget allows, it's a vast improvement. The CPU cooler you chose is excellent but might be overkill for your CPU. As for storage, you're right about the Evo being similar to the LNM; go for whichever is cheaper. If you can spare an extra €100, the 5060 Ti is worth it. Just a heads up, the case value might not align with this build. Consider something more cost-effective!

Thanks for the tips! I usually stick to the more popular sites for pricing but I’ll expand my search as you suggested.
