I'm planning to upgrade my C drive from a 120GB SATA SSD to a new 500GB WD Black NVMe. Is it possible to clone everything from the old drive to the new one without messing anything up? What software should I use, or are there better options available?

Absolutely, you can use software like Clonezilla or Macrium Reflect to clone your drive. They’re quite user-friendly and there are plenty of tutorials available online to guide you through the process.
I've had great success with Disk Genius for cloning boot drives. It’s easy to use and I’ve never encountered any issues with it.
While cloning is an option, you might want to consider doing a clean install instead. This would allow you to organize your files and ensure everything is backed up properly. Just a thought, since drives can fail unexpectedly!
Clonezilla worked like a charm for me! Just remember to extend the partition afterward to use up that extra space on your new drive.
WD has a free tool for cloning if you want to try that. It can simplify the process and help handle all the partitions you need to clone over.

I get that, but I've got another full drive as well. It's just that my C drive is almost full and I don't want to reinstall all my games if I can avoid it!
