How Can I Compare Cloud Costs Across Different Providers?

I'm studying cloud engineering and found it really frustrating to switch tabs constantly between AWS, Azure, and GCP pricing calculators just to compare services. So, I created a free tool that offers a side-by-side comparison of 12 service categories, including compute, storage, databases, and Kubernetes, with estimates from all three providers. You can check it out without signing up! I'd love feedback from those who manage infrastructure regularly. Do you think this tool is useful? What features would make you want to bookmark it?

This is a neat project! However, keep in mind that the prices you show are on-demand rates, which isn't what most people actually pay. Real costs are often determined by commitment discounts like AWS Savings Plans and GCP Committed Use Discounts. It would be super helpful if you added a toggle for pricing options, like on-demand versus 1-year and 3-year commitments. That way, users can see a more realistic comparison based on typical usage.

Awesome tool! I like it a lot. One suggestion is to include comparisons for other European cloud providers like Hetzner, Scaleway, and Stackit. That would really enhance the tool's usefulness.

That's great to hear! Totally missed those, but they’re super relevant.

I'm currently developing tools around AWS, focusing on financial operations and security. If you're open to it, I’d love to connect and explore potential collaboration opportunities!
