I'm looking to upgrade my current RX 5500 XT because my PC has been acting up—random restarts and driver issues, plus I'm seeing some artifacting. I'm considering two options: a brand new RTX 5060 priced at around $380 or a used RX 6700 XT for $270. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, a B450 PRO M2 MAX motherboard, and a Cooler Master MWE 650W power supply. I game on a 1080p monitor, mostly playing esports titles and a few older AAA games like Elden Ring. Any thoughts on which one would be the better buy, or should I explore other graphics cards? Your advice would be really helpful!

The RTX 5060 has a better feature set and is not phased out yet. Performance can be 0-20% better, depending on the scenario. If you find an RX 9060 XT with 16GB for a similar price, that could be a worthwhile investment.
If your gaming focus is on esports and older AAA titles, the RX 6700 XT is probably the better option for you. DLSS isn’t really necessary for those types of games. Just a heads up though, AMD is putting their older cards into maintenance mode, which could affect updates, but it shouldn't impact your gaming experience too much right now.
Definitely go for the used RX 6700 XT. It’s a stronger card overall, especially for the games you play.
I’d lean towards the used RX 6700 XT. It’s only $110 cheaper than the new RTX 5060, but for the performance difference, that makes it a solid choice unless you’re specifically looking for DLSS and other Nvidia perks. Just be sure to check it thoroughly for any hidden issues like signs of wear or power problems before you buy.
Both cards are close in performance. The RTX 5060 offers better upscaling, but the RX 6700 XT gives you extra VRAM and saves you $100. I'd probably go for the RX 6700 XT, especially since you can take advantage of FSR too.

True, but remember AMD's put the RX 6000 series into maintenance mode, meaning they might not support driver updates anymore. Keep that in mind.
