I transferred my system from an ASUS laptop to a new MSI one, and I'm noticing a bunch of ASUS programs like ASUS App Service, ASUS Optimization, and ASUS Software Manager still lingering in the background. I don't think these are useful anymore, and I'd like to clean them up. They show up in my Task Manager, but I'm unsure about how to uninstall them or if it's even safe to do so. Any advice?

If you're really aiming for a full clean-up, consider doing a fresh installation of Windows. Some ASUS software can be tricky to remove since they're deeply embedded in the system, and you don’t want them causing issues with the new hardware. If your Windows license is activated, it should stay active after the reinstall.
Wait, is that even possible to fully remove those apps? I mean, if it was just a file copy, wouldn’t everything just transfer over without issues?
You can definitely get rid of those ASUS programs! I recommend downloading Revo Uninstaller. It’s great for uninstalling software and will help you remove everything related to ASUS, including leftover files and services. Just make sure to check a guide on how to use it properly to avoid any mishaps.
