I'm trying to connect my DVD player to my working CRT VCR television, but the TV only has an ANT port. I really need some help with this since I'm not very tech-savvy. What kind of cables or devices do I need for this setup, and how do I go about connecting everything?

Why bother with that setup? You can probably find an older TV for free that has RCA or HDMI inputs already available. It might save you some hassle!

Some older CRTs just don't have those inputs, unfortunately.

You'll need an RF modulator to connect your DVD player to that TV. This device will take the RCA outputs from your DVD player and convert them to a signal that can be received by your CRT TV.

If your DVD player has yellow (video), red, and white RCA outputs, grab a "RCA RF Coaxial Modulator". You might also want a 6-foot coax cable to connect the modulator to your TV unless it already comes with one. It's a fun little project! Wish I had my old CRT still going strong!
