I'm looking for some help because I have a vision impairment and I'm struggling to read an ebook I purchased on Kindle. Unfortunately, there's no audiobook version available, and I tried using the Kindle narrator but it just doesn't work for me. I'm searching for ways to convert this ebook into a format that my voice-to-speech tool can use, ideally something that can function well on a Kindle Fire or any other helpful solution. Any suggestions?

It's tough to recommend specific solutions without knowing what tech you have. Personally, I use the Kindle app on Windows with NVDA and it works great. Also, I remember using VoiceOver on an iPhone a while ago with pretty good results. If you're equipped with those, it should help!
I read my Kindle books on my iPhone with the Kindle app using VoiceOver. It's pretty effective and works well for me, so you might want to consider that option if you have access to an iPhone.
If you can provide the title and author of the book, I can help find some alternative sources for you. I usually create audiobooks using an app called Balabolka on Windows, which has high-quality voices in English and Polish. There’s also ElevenLabs that generates natural-sounding text-to-speech, but their setup might be a bit tricky for longer texts since you have to add specific directives into your source file.
